Automatically Collected Information

• Application ID: We use a unique identifier stored in a cookie on your device to save and manage your application progress. This identifier expires after 14 days of inactivity.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Process Your Application: To create and manage your application for mortgage or loan services.
• To Connect You with Brokers: To share your application with qualified mortgage and loan brokers who can assist you with your needs.
• To Communicate with You: To send you updates, and information regarding your application.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

To connect you with mortgage and loan professionals, we will provide the information from your application as a lead to one or more qualified mortgage brokers in our network. This may be done as part of a sale or other business agreement. These brokers will then use your information to contact you and assist with your application.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your application data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy and is anonymized and/or securely deleted after 12 months. If you start an application but do not complete it, the saved information will be automatically anonymized and/or deleted from our systems after 90 days of inactivity.
